New apartment, well-designed rooms with a sofa and a couch plus a decent-size shared bathroom. Excellent, incredible setting adjacent to the center of the old quater as well as a coffee shop with very good coffee and very nice staff. Btw, located really close to everything.

Stayed at Keypad Hotel and had a great time! Loved the allergy-friendly rooms and the yummy Vietnamese cuisine at the restaurant. The hotel also offered express check-in and check-out, which made everything super convenient.

The staff was also extremely helpful through WhatsApp, and the self-check-in process was seamless. Despite the lively atmosphere, the room was clean and spacious. a perfect stay.

Additionally, the staff at this hotel were exceptional - they were responsive, efficient, and always ready to assist me with any queries I had. I also appreciated the attention to detail in the rooms, which were well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a balcony where I could relax and enjoy the view. Lastly, the breakfast provided was delicious and offered a great start to my day of exploration.

The location was excellent, with Hoan Kiem Lake and Ta Hien Street just a short walk away. Plus, there were plenty of convenience stores and cottages nearby.
